Swim Lessons Will Have 5 Different Levels That Your Child Can Progress Through As They Learn The Fun Skills Of Swimming! Let Your Kids Beat The Heat In Our New Human Performance Center Indoor Pool While They Learn Different Strokes, Techniques, And Skills To Make Swimming A Lifelong Skill.

Swim Lessons Level Descriptions

Prelevel

AGE: 2 AND 3 YEAR OLDS

They will learn:

  • How to blow bubbles
  • How to enter and exit a pool
  • How to kick on their front and back
  • How to get ears wet and under water
  • How to float on their front and back

Level 1

AGE: 4 AND 5 YEAR OLDS

They will learn:

  • How to bob in the water
  • How to float on their front and back
  • How to Glide on their front and back
  • How to alternate arm action
  • How to combine arm and leg action
  • How to retrieve objects underwater

Level 2

AGE: 5 AND 6 YEAR OLDS

They will learn:

  • How to tread water
  • How to enter the deep end of the pool
  • Rotary breathing
  • How to fully submerge themselves (10 sec)
  • How to roll front to back

Level 3

AGE: 7 AND 8 YEAR OLDS

They will learn:

  • Basics of diving
  • All the different kicks
  • Introduce all the strokes
  • How to tread water (1 min)

Level 4

AGE: 9 AND UP

They will learn:

  • How to dive
  • Flip turns
  • How to tread water (2 min)
  • How to swim long distances (25 yds)
  • Proficiency in each stroke

Level 5

AGE: 10 AND UP

They will learn:

  • All dives proficiently
  • How to tread water (5 min)
  • How to swim long distances with all strokes (25 yds)
  • How to build and increase endurance
