Personal training can be scheduled as one-on-one, partnerĀ or group sessions. All sessions are one hour long.

STUDENT, FACULTY & STAFF PRICING

Individual

One-on-one sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer who will train you with an emphasis on proper techniques of strength training and cardiovascular exercise.

Partner

Partner sessions are an opportunity to receive specialized training as a pair with a Certified Personal Trainer who will train you with an emphasis on togetherness/teamwork.

Group

Group fitness training is designed for groups of 3-6 people interested in quality training. Prices can be divided between members of the group to help with affordability.

The fitness and wellness center are now offering virtual training through app access. Your personal trainer can now train you from your phone and in person to help you in the gym at anytime! Consistency is key and this new feature will help you achieve that!

Nutrition Guidance is the cherry on top! If you interested in combining your training program with better eating habits, you can get your macronutrients custom calculated to you and your goals. You will also receive a printable pdf guides to have as reference to help you maintain this new lifestyle!

ASSESSING YOUR FITNESS LEVELS & GOALS

Fitness Center trainers are well trained in assessing the individual’s fitness goals. A variety of fitness testing is available at minimal cost. By assessing current levels and future progress, trainers can better develop programs to fit individual needs. A fitness assessment includes:

  • Body measurements
  • Flexibility testing
  • Strength testing
